The external noise:

“Eat this, not that. But, make sure you only have this food at certain times. Then, eat 6 small meals a day to speed up your metabolism and balance blood sugar. Wait, but don’t eat too much, or you’re going to gain weight.”

“Work out on an empty stomach to burn more fat. But, make sure you’re fueled for your workout! Then, make sure you do strength training and cardio. Wait, but don’t work out too much, or you might get injured.”

“Do what makes you happy. But don’t do it too much, because you still have to make money. Then, you should make sure you rest and prioritize your mental health. Wait, but don’t rest too much, or you’ll fall behind.”

“Love and be positive about your body. But, focus on still maintaining a healthy weight. Then, you should make sure you practice self-acceptance. Wait, but don’t accept too much, or you may lose control or accountability.”

I don’t know about you, but my brain hurts after reading this here, and constantly seeing these mixed messages everywhere. It’s no surprise we’re so lost and confused about what to do for ourselves these days — because there’s so much noise that’s cluttering our human instincts.

One Q&A that I’ve overheard so many times in my life:

“Why are you doing what you’re doing?”

“Well, because somebody told me I’m supposed to.”

So many people are climbing up this ladder that someone tells them to climb, and it ends up leaning against the wrong wall, or no wall at all. It’s a script that everyone seems to be living, going up this ladder to nowhere, reaching for something because someone said they’re supposed to. Does this sound like you?

I’m not inside your body or mind, so I don’t think I have a right to tell you what to do or prescribe you a “one size fits all” plan. But what I can do? Tailor my knowledge and coaching to your needs with an extremely open mind and empathetic heart.

Once we work together find out who you are and what YOU require to live healthy and happy, we can identify the things that make you begin to come alive…physically, mentally, digestively, and emotionally.

I’m here to create a space where you belong and feel comfortable with doing things differently. With doing things that make you feel good. With doing things that make you feel alive. With doing things that make you feel healthy, happy, and free — not anyone else.

More often than not, it takes a fresh, external, and empathetic perspective to help you shift your life. When you’re feeling plagued by any type of burden, your vision becomes a little foggy and you aren’t able to see the bigger picture of what’s going on. My favorite part of meeting clients and beginning to work with them? Seeing the lightbulb that goes off — the “aha” moments that begin to take the weight off their shoulders and connect their lives’ dots.

Everything you need is already inside of you — you were born with it. But, somewhere along the way, you got a little lost and covered in layers of doubt, pressure, comparison, and confusion from friends, family, and society. It’s nothing to be ashamed of, because the noise is everywhere these days. And that’s where I swoop in.

It’s my job to help you rewrite your story by beginning to break things down to break through. The only way a muscle becomes stronger is by exerting it, tearing it down, and giving it the proper resources, rest, and care it needs to repair itself.   • One 60 minute initial consultation (after the free one) where we focus on getting to know you, identifying your needs, and talking through our roadmap

  • Weekly 50 minute 1:1 sessions, available via Skype, phone call, or in person (4 in total) where we meet to dig deep, rewrite your story, communicate openly, work through roadblocks, and pave a path to sustainable freedom, health, and happiness

  • Unlimited support and communication through text or email

  • Reliable and realistic tools, resources, books, and recommendations

3 month plan

  • One 75 minute initial consultation (after the free one) where we focus on getting to know you, identifying your needs, and talking through our roadmap

  • Weekly 50 Minute 1:1 sessions, available via Skype, phone call, or in person (12 in total) where we meet to dig deep, rewrite your story, communicate openly, work through roadblocks, and pave a path to sustainable freedom, health, and happiness

  • Unlimited support and communication through text or email

6 month plan

  • One 90 minute initial consultation (after the free one) where we focus on getting to know you, identifying your needs, and talking through our roadmap

Individual Sessions

Does the frame of time stress you out or make you feel pressured to fit a certain mold on your journey? As a free spirit, I know the feeling — which is why I offer single sessions, 5-packs, and 10-packs to ease the nerves.

You schedule the sessions. You are in control of your journey. You get to choose what’s best for you and your lifestyle, because following your intuition is key. I’m your coach, NOT your drill sergeant.

What’s not included:

  • Quick fixes (I do NOT believe in detoxes, cleanses, or “resets”)

  • A rigid program that disregards your individual needs, because I don’t believe one thing works for the same two people

  • Any talk of weight loss or scales — as someone who believes that health is more about a feeling than any number, size, or numeric value. Once you come home to your body, numbers mean less.

  • Giving up hope on you. I know you have so much fire and potential deep inside you to heal and shift what’s going on physically, mentally, emotionally, and/or digestively.

 

Because honesty and transparency are the best policies: I am a Holistic Health Coach (HHC), and a soon to be certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P). I’m not a doctor, nor a nurse, nor a psychologist, nor a dietitian, nor a physician, nor a licensed medical provider. I’m not discrediting nor against any of these, but I do believe that holistic health is the answer to so many of today’s chronic and ongoing symptoms and conditions that require consistent care and support.
